WILLIE & EUGENE HOWARD
Willie Howard (1883-1949) and Eugene Howard
(1880-1965), billed as the Howard Brothers, they
were Silesian-born American vaudeville performers
of the first half of the 20th century. They were
two of the earliest openly Jewish performers on
the American stage. Vintage 8 x 10 matte-finish
portrait of the two, inscribed and signed for one
by both, 2 scratches at upper right, otherwise fine.
