    Occasionally, something really cool makes its way into my growing collection of heirlooms, oddities, and treasures. This is one such piece.
    Introducing to the public a piece of history and what is likely an item unique to the online world, is this 1976 TOSOS Production Company Exhibition Poster for their showing of "When Did You Last See Mother". The item is framed and in incredible condition.
    Touting "New York City's oldest and longest-producing LGBTQIA+ theater company!", TOSOS was the first LGBTQ production company in New York City, founded in 1974. Founded by cabaret star Billy Blackwell and director Peter del Valle, TOSOS stands for "The Other Sise of Silence".  It would have a short foray into the competitive theatre scene, lasting only five years, before coming to a halt in 1979. In 2002 the company was reignited by Directors Mark Finley and Barry Childs and Wilson and went on to produce award-winning productions for the last 20 years, elevating "open exploration of the life experience and cultural sensibility of the LGBTQIA+ community."
    This piece has become a bit of a showroom piece, and I have been pleased to come across it. Like every other piece, however, everything must find the right buyer and the right home.

    Signature: "B McNamara" is signed under "W McNamara". Assumably, this is a "William" shortened to "Bill" situation.
