    FEATURES & SPECS:The Raychem'DigiTrace AMC-2B is a mechanical thermostat designed to sense the slab temperature of a Pyrotenax MI snow melting system with an ETI snow controller. The AMC-2B senses the slab temperature to ensure that the heated surface does not get too warm during a melt cycle. A slab sensing thermostat is a requirement for asphalt applications to ensure that the asphalt surface does not become soft and then damaged. It is recommended for concrete applications to provide energy savings.
