Norman Hackett was a Canadian born American actor - a graduate of the University of Michigan in 1894, and one of the original founders of the Michigan Comedy Club at the University.
Early in his career, he appeared in many production of the James-Kidder-Hanford Company.
A noted Shakespearean theatre actor, played roles as: Henry VIII, Macbeth, Claudio, Lysander, Florizel, Horation, Benvolio, Cassius.
Others he starred in: Alexander the Great, Double Deceiver, The Knife, Classmates, Beau Brummel, and Little Shan Toy.
After his career, he was the National Secretary of the Theta Delta Chi Fraternity - nicknamed "Mr. Theta Delta Chi"
He passed away in 1959 in Detroit.
