, 10/22/75, Opening Night, Ambassador Theatre, NYC.  The musical revue opened in NYC on 10/22/75 and ran for 453 performances.
The cast includes Linda Hopkins (as Bessie Smith), Thomas M. Pollard and Gerri Dean.  Music and lyrics by D Akers, Eddie Green, Graham Prince, J. Henry, Joseph Hayden, Lil Green and Theodore M. Metz.  Conceived and written by Will Holt and Linda Hopkins, directed by Robert Greenwald and choreographed by Lester Wilson.  The program is complete.  The front cover is signed in blue ink "Love to my friend, Always, Linda Hopkins".

Condition is near excellent with minor wear.
CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
