First is the Corrective Edition, which is great for beginners, casual exercisers and tracking corrective exercise programs like those developed by physical therapists. Second is the Ultimate Edition, which is for tracking steady weightlifting regimens along with cardio and core work. This edition includes space for key body metrics like heart rate, blood pressure, muscle measurements and body fat percentages.
Both versions include pages for Medical ID, usage instructions, goal setting, workout tracking, progress tracking, and workout routines.
The Corrective Edition includes 54 full-size pages (8.5"x11") of workout tracking with each page featuring a full week, in addition to the ID, directions, progress and workouts pages. This gives you over a full year of fitness information in one book!
The Ultimate Edition includes 40 full-size pages (8.5"x11") of workout tracking with each page featuring one day of workouts, in addition to the ID, directions, progress and workouts pages. For the average lifter, this equals about 2 months of tracking.
