Description

This vintage 1979 Autotronics Autopace 7 programmable digital thermostat is brand new and 100% complete in its original packaging. The Autopace 7 was a futuristic, high-tech device when it came out (not to mention expensive). A classic Carter-Era "energy crisis" product, its fully-customizable 7-day programmable thermostat is supposed to be able to save up to 30% on your utility bill. The thermostat has a clean, retro-modern style, with gold brushed aluminum finish and dark acrylic dial with red digital number display. Intallation appears to be simple (basic wiring instructions can be seen in one of the included photos). Thermostat measures 6.5 inches by 4 inches. Includes installation/operation manual, as well as original sales flyers and info sheets from the manufacturer, Atlanta-based Power Control & Management Systems.
